These terms cover this website, SALAMANDER, FLAPPY SALAMANDER, SALAMANDER SNAKE, and their related online services, published by Pneuma Interactive. Questions can be sent to pneumainteractive3@gmail.com.
By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them. Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor under the law where you live, use the services only with a parent or guardian's permission and any consent required by local law.
Play fairly and use the services lawfully. Do not submit fabricated scores, automate competitive gameplay, manipulate rewards, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass eligibility checks, impersonate another player, or interfere with the service. We may reject invalid runs, correct affected rankings, restrict abusive accounts, or suspend access to protect other players. Contact support if you believe a decision is incorrect. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only where permitted by law.
Some features require a supported Solana wallet. Wallet authentication links your account to a public wallet address; it does not give us your private key or recovery phrase. Keep your wallet and device secure. We cannot recover a lost wallet. Connected accounts can use server-backed progress and rankings. Local-only progress may be lost if you clear app data or uninstall. Scores are subject to server validation, and synchronization requires a working connection.
CORES, EMBER, scores, unlocks and other in-game benefits are game features, not a promise of monetary value or investment returns. They provide a limited right to use the relevant game feature, subject to its rules. Content, balance, seasons and availability may change. Purchases, where offered, remain subject to their displayed conditions and any mandatory consumer or refund rights. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
An eligible wallet with a server-verified .skr domain can earn one promotional code by reaching at least 250 points in a single server-verified FLAPPY SALAMANDER flight. The code grants exactly 250 CORES in SALAMANDER. It is unique to the earning wallet, can be redeemed once, and must be redeemed using that same wallet with a verified .skr domain. Each wallet receives only one code for this promotion. Reinstalling, switching devices, improving a record or redeeming the code does not create another code. An issued code has no scheduled expiry. The game hides its reward entry after redemption; the server retains the issuance and redemption record to prevent repeat claims. ACTIVATE opens the other game's store page and does not itself redeem the code. Eligibility and grants are validated on the server; suspected errors can be reviewed through support.

This reward is independent of the FLAPPY SALAMANDER promotion: eligible wallets may earn one code from each game. Previously issued Snake codes remain valid under their original grant; the current 200-point threshold does not cancel an issued code.
The Solana dApp Store, wallets, the Solana network, X and email providers are independent services with their own terms and availability. Game buttons open the specified listing in a compatible Solana dApp Store app. We do not control those providers. The website does not connect to your wallet or request a signature.
We work to keep our services available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as available and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This policy explains how information is handled for the SALAMANDER GAMES website, SALAMANDER, FLAPPY SALAMANDER, SALAMANDER SNAKE and their connected services, operated by Pneuma Interactive. For privacy requests, contact pneumainteractive3@gmail.com.
The website displays locally hosted artwork, fonts, links and legal pages. It does not require a wallet connection, set advertising cookies, or include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The hosting service may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and request time to deliver the site, diagnose failures and protect the service. External services receive information when you choose to open their links.
When you connect a wallet to a game, the service processes its public address, a signed authentication challenge, an authentication session and relevant public account information, including a resolved .skr domain where available. We do not ask for or receive your private key or recovery phrase. The games can store settings and session information on your device so that you do not need to sign in every time. Server records can include progress, scores, gameplay statistics, unlocks and timestamps. The service also processes gameplay proofs to validate submitted flights or runs. In SALAMANDER SNAKE, settings and personal bests are stored locally, the native wallet session is encrypted on the device, and pending runs are kept separately for each wallet. A submitted run includes its identifier, rules version, random seed, direction sequence, step count and score so the server can replay it. Pending results can be sent when the connection returns. If you choose an NFT avatar in SALAMANDER, we store its public mint identifier and image reference. We may retrieve and cache a resized copy of the selected image on our hosting to improve loading speed and availability.
Rankings are public. They may display your rank, score, selected NFT avatar and display name, such as a verified .skr domain or shortened wallet address. The leaderboard service can also return the associated public wallet address. A public address and domain can be linked to other publicly available blockchain information. Promo codes and authentication tokens are not included in public leaderboard responses.
For the separate FLAPPY SALAMANDER and SALAMANDER SNAKE milestone promotions, the server records the wallet address, verified .skr domain, unique code, issuance time and redemption status. These records let us verify ownership, grant the correct reward and prevent another code or repeated redemption for the same wallet in the same promotion. A record remains after the reward disappears from the game's interface. It is not a public leaderboard entry. Snake currently requires 200 verified points; Flappy requires 250. Each awards 250 CORES in SALAMANDER after valid redemption.
We use account and progress information to provide the features you request, authenticate access, synchronize saves, run rankings and administer rewards. We use necessary technical records to maintain reliability, investigate errors and prevent cheating or abuse. If you contact support, we use your email address and the details you provide to respond. Where relevant data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in operating and securing the games, or compliance with legal duties. If an optional feature requires consent, that consent must be requested separately.
We do not sell personal information. Information is available to hosting and infrastructure providers as needed to operate the service, to the providers you choose to interact with, and where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Email support is handled through the listed Gmail address. Wallet software, Solana RPC and domain-resolution services, the dApp Store and X have their own privacy practices. Ordinary FLAPPY SALAMANDER and SALAMANDER SNAKE scores and saves are held on the game server; they do not need to be written to the blockchain. Transactions you separately authorize on a public blockchain are publicly visible and generally cannot be removed by us. Snake also requests our hosted promotional banner configuration and image to show a link to another game; the banner does not use a third-party advertising SDK. Music and sound effects are bundled in the app, rather than streamed from music providers.
Account and progress records are kept while needed to provide your account and related game features. Support and technical records are kept as needed to resolve requests, operate the service and meet legal obligations. A minimal milestone issuance and redemption record is retained after redemption to enforce the promotion's one-code-per-wallet rule. Deletion requests are reviewed under applicable law, including any necessary retention for abuse prevention or legal claims. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no service can guarantee complete security. Do not send your wallet secret or recovery phrase to support.
You can change wallets in the game and manage local app data through your device settings. Disconnecting a wallet or deleting an app does not automatically erase the related server profile. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to relevant processing, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Send requests to pneumainteractive3@gmail.com. We may need to verify control of the affected account to protect it. You will not be asked for your private key.
Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without the required permission, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. This policy may be updated when features or data practices change. We show the revision date above and will provide additional notice where required.

Solana, Solana Seeker, the Solana dApp Store, X, Unity and Blender are names or marks of their respective owners. Referencing a platform or tool does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Relevant open-source and third-party software notices remain governed by their original licenses.
The game includes Medieval: The Bard's Tale by RandomMind, published under CC0 1.0, and a Wilhelm Scream recording credited in the game's audio notices. Wing, tap and gate effects were created for FLAPPY SALAMANDER. The website itself does not autoplay audio. Detailed source credits accompany the game's audio assets.
SALAMANDER SNAKE uses Exploration Theme by Cleyton Kauffman during runs and Sunset Walk by Kilua Boy in the menus. Both tracks were published by their authors under CC0 1.0 Universal, which permits commercial use. These tracks are not claimed as our exclusive work. The game's eleven sound effects were created for SALAMANDER SNAKE without third-party samples. Source and license notices are included with the game.
If you believe material in our games or on this website infringes your rights, email pneumainteractive3@gmail.com. Identify the protected work, the material and its exact location, explain the concern, and include contact details and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith. Please include any additional information required by the law applicable to your notice. We will review reports and respond appropriately.
